provide professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care fir assigned patients in accordance with legal hospital practice, departemental policies and procedures, established standards of nursing care, practices as defined by the CMC and accreditation standards (JCIA) and as Nursing preceptor my responsibilities are to traine new recruited nurses and to evaluate there performances.
As a flight attendant i was responsible for the safety and personal comfort of the passengers.
most important duty is to provide assistance during emergencies, from reassuring passengers to opening doors and inflating emergency slides for evacuation and also trained to provide first aid.
Perform frequent patient evaluations, including monitoring and tracking vital signs, performing procedures such as IV placement, phlebotomy, and administering medications. Because the RN is much more regular contact with patients than are physicians, the RN is usually first to notice problems or raise concerns about patient progress.
Also developing the day-to-day nursing care plans both in the hospital and for care after discharge, to be administered by families and visiting nurses.
