Responsible for generating maximum client interactions efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted clients’ volume to increase recognition and usability of products and contribute to the achievement of the business objectives.

o Contribute to the development and execution of the Department short to mid-term strategic plan to ensure alignment with the Department’s strategic priorities, and the corporate goals.

o Contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.

o Provide input into the preparation and consolidation of the Department’s budget and recommend mitigating actions.

o Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices in order to increase operational effectiveness.

o Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

o Ensure to present products to healthcare staff including doctors to increase the sales of the company & improve its image.

o Identify issues and propose their solutions to convince customer/ doctors/ hospitals to prescribe the company’s products and book orders for all variety of customers.

o Co-ordinate with sales colleagues to achieve the company goals in line with the company strategies.

o Achievements:
- Implementing 5000 Fresenius Kabi pumps in the four hospitals of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) including end -users training sessions, weekly meeting with clients and configuring around 17 drug libraries for specialized departments.
- Certificate of Appreciation from EHS (Emirates Health Services) for services as an Outstanding Lecturer.
