Doha Watches and Jewellery Exhibition Manager in charge of:
• Designing floorplan with contractors and allocating stands to more than 60 brands including Chopard, Christian Dior, Corum, Chaumet, deGrisogono etc…
• Responsible for selling all locations and achieving targets within an area of 4000sqm.
• Communicating with all the brands regarding participation formalities, drafting participation contracts, proposing advertising opportunities, visas procedures and issuance, safety, rules & regulations requested by the main organizer such as fire rated certificates, CCTV etc…., following up on payments.
Office Manager in charge of:
• Drafting and/or reviewing legal Contracts such as lease contracts with existing and opening Malls, agreements with new brands, construction contracts etc…
• Marketing; designing a brand-new website, taking over the Instagram account and creating themes and animations, designing flyers, and writing internal communication posts.
• Administration: taking care of all office related matters
• Managing all clients’ accounts such as Azadea, Vodafone, Microsoft, Christian Dior, Al Tayer, Ralph Lauren, Chevrolet, Patchi, etc…
• Preparation and submission of all quotations to clients
• Supervision and organization of team work
• Intensive follow up with clients and an extensive customer service
• Creativity, event management and Marketing
• Administration, Marketing, Accountancy, PR
• Launching the new business development division working on the marketing and image side of the new division as well as its implementation.
• Events planning, supervision of teamwork and administrative work.
• Entire management of all quantitative and qualitative market studies in consumption, health and information technology.
• Quotation for future projects, supervision of team work, events organization, quality control, invoicing, management of profits and margins.
• Direct relationships with famous customers such as Lancôme, Pfizer, Cisco, Shell, Microsoft, BCG and P&G etc...
• Translation of all confidential documents (health, IT and consumption oriented) from English to French
• Creation of transcripts from French to English.
• Conducting both International qualitative and quantitative market studies.
• Specialization in health and patients oriented studies.
My university degree is a degree based on Business applied to two languages in my case, I favored English and German. My university curriculum was based on Accounting, Marketing, International Trade and International Law Advertising, Management in English, German and French. The curriculum included two internships. The first one planned during the BA year followed by a written thesis, the second one planned during the end of the master year also including a written thesis.
