Being a sommelier most commonly known as a wine expert. I create a wine lists that pairs with food menus. I create and update wine lists, make recommendations on food and wine pairings, and advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes.Creating and updating wine lists with the Chefs and Manager.

i am responsible for keeping Wine record of all the variety of wines, i also do big tastings for everyone because i have more insight of the wines. i am responsible for comparing the wines with different foods and lead a team.
