Maintains records of all deliveries.

Report immediately if there is discrepancy or damage items upon receiving the merchandise and distributes to all concern persons and department.

Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property;

Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.

Packing and preparing merchandise in organize to be delivered in every categories and department.

Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.

Arrange Pick up and Drop off Service For the Guest/Arranging city tour
Booking for Tours Safaris/Dhow cruise/Big Bus/Booking car For Hourly or Per day
Assist with hand luggage, and offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
Inspect guest's room to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate.
Explain features of room, such as operation of radio, television, and night-lock, and how to place telephone calls.
Page guests in lobby, dining room, or other parts of hotel.
Deliver messages and run errands.
Deliver room service orders.
Pick up articles for laundry and valet service.
Call taxi for guests/ Keep record of calls for service
