Calling clients for appointments
- Explaining different products to clients e.g. Child Education Plan and Retirement Benefits Plan etc.
- Preparing documents and getting it signed from Customers
- Submitting customer documents to back office for further processing
- Providing after sales service and assist the customers in difficulties related to offers and promotions of the company

• Achieving monthly sales target assigned by management
• Visiting the companies to get the appointment from the finance department to explain
• The products and facilities and offers of the bank
• Making the day to day sales to the target market customers and maintaining the Appointment reports.
• Follow ups with the customers for the appointments and collecting the documents as required under the Bank policies.
• Providing after sales service and assist the customers in difficulties related to offers and promotions of the Bank.
• Screening and processing of Credit card files and sending those to Retail credit Center.
• Major responsibility is to resolve all discrepant cases of cards by coordinating with respective ASMs and resubmitting to RCC for approval.
• To present different declined cases in front of RCC after a detailed discussion with respective ASM.
• Maintaining MIS related to discrepant cases received from RCC and resolved.
• Interact with RCC on different Credit Cards issues.
