Duties and Responsibility :
• * Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary Maintenance
* Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
* Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)

* Test, trouble shoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment

Project Involvement : ARAMCO - Booster Gas Compression Station 5 (MGSE P-1 )
Duties and Responsibility :
•❖ Communicate with different types of people to compare and what they want and provide them with information and assistance
❖ Check for new maintenance requests from the PMS and update remarks ones the tasks complete
❖ Update the maintenance work order from/ job card and file them
❖ Ability to interpret reading from meters & gauges and other measuring units
❖ Ability to prioritize and organize work assignment

❖ Read and understand blueprint, schematic drawings and technical parts breakdown
❖ Carry out specific oral and written instructions, identify chemical contamination control
❖ To monitor fire alarm/life safety system as necessary to be fully informed of the system operation and to Handel emergency involving the systems
❖ Test, trouble shoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment
❖ Program TV, s and perform general housekeeping and engineering related inventory duties
❖ Perform maintenance activities in hotel public areas like plumbing toilets unclogging drain’ , repairing all types of hardware plumbing and electrical equipment and cosmetic item’s
❖ Perform maintenance activities in guest room like plumbing toilets, unclogging drain’s repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioner/HVAC and AC ducts

• To identify key areas of risk in various food operations for early remedial actions
• To ensure compliance with the regulations, licensing conditions and codes of practice relating to food businesses
• To monitor the health condition of food handlers and to arrange medical examination or suspension of work where necessary
• To provide in-house training for the food handlers
•To supervise the work of the Hygiene Supervisor (if any)
• To handle complaints or enquiries from customers on food hygiene matters
• To act as a focal point of contact with the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department
