construction sites.
• Supervise and monitoring HVAC system Chillers, AHU, FCUs, Multi Air condition and Pumps installation etc.
• Supervise and monitoring of fabrication and installation of Duct & pipe lines as per Code (SMACNA) and
approved procedure.

• Supervise and monitoring of Hydrostatic and Pneumatic test for pipes.
• Inspection and witness of Door Fan Test (integrity Test) as per NFPA 2001.
• Provide technical assistance to the construction team and sub-contractor where needed.
• Generate/Review ITP, Method statement, Risk assessment, material requisitions, submittals, and ensure contract
performance measures are met.
• Advice the QC personals for the ITP interference points.
• Monitor, verify and document the work being performed through site engineers.
• Serve as the Site Representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of mechanical works.

90A) and approved procedure.

pipe inspection during initial, intermediate & final stage of Fabrication and Erection.

• Arranging, assisting owner inspection in each stage of inspection up to Satisfaction in light of codes & approved
procedures.

* Material Inspection of pipes, AHU, ACCU and HVAC and Plumbing Accessories Specialty items of Project as per
code and related MTC and other test reports.
* Responsibilities Carryout Inspection in accordance with ITP.
* Witness of Smoke, Hydrostatic and Pneumatic test for pipes and Duct.
* Ensure that all HVAC and Plumbing site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop
drawings, method statements, specification and work plan.
* Maintain the Inspection sheets As per BV Classification Society Standard.
* Inspection Reports writing, Non-conformity Reports and makes Log Book entries of on-site inspection findings,
suggestions and maintain inspection records.
