• Preparing financial statements, details financials analysis and presentations for management.
• Preparing daily cash flows, fund statements and processing payments for suppliers and employees.
• Preparing and filling of VAT returns for KSA, Bahrain and Zakat working for taking provisions.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
• Responsible for closing of accounts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Monitoring Kingdom wide petty cash, expense reimbursement and to ensure proper booking.
• Allocation of common cost among departments and rectification of entries in accurate accounts & cost center.
• Managing Wholesales customers, follow up with customers for payments, making ageing report, monthly receivables reconciliations.
• Reviewing of day to day team work and ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with international accounting standards.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and requested documentations to auditors (EY).
• Responsible for preparation of timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow, management reporting for submission to top management.

• Overall planning of audits, conducting initial planning meetings with clients to understand & co-develop expectations and designing audit strategies in consultation with the Audit Manager, after assessing the underlying audit risk in the light of the assessment of the client’s overall control environment.
• Obtaining a thorough understanding of the nature of the client’s business, the business and regulatory environment in which it operates, SWOT analysis, identification of critical success factors and key performance indicators, initial overall analytical review, understanding major business processes, analysis and testing of internal controls at the interim and final stages and detailed testing of significant account balances and transactions.
• Manage external, internal, operational and fraudulent audits.
• Reviewing work of supervisors and recommending corrective actions for maintaining quality of services.
• Report audit findings and recommendations to appropriate management based on the results of regularly scheduled audits, non- scheduled audits, and at any time when issues need to be addressed by management.
• Conduct follow-up reviews of financial, operational, or regulatory compliance deficiencies noted during audits.
• Responsible for analyzing audit data and observations and documents audit conclusions and findings.
