• Supervised shutdown construction / up gradation of various projects with Petro Rabigh under General Maintenance Contract.
• Supervised and completed the project of Construction of New Product Development Center II at Petro-Rabigh for Plumbing, PEB Structure, HVAC System, and Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System as per IFC Drawings.
• Supervised up gradation of HVAC System at QC Polymer Lab (Petro Rabigh) to provide 100 % fresh air.
• Supervised ESP (Electrostatic Precipitators) shutdown maintenance activities at NOMAC Shuaiba
• Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.
• Identify the required resources to complete the work: manpower, contracting services, equipment, tooling & facilities.
• Supervise Fabrication Workshop to complete pre-shutdown activities for piping, structure, and platform fabrication, and sand blasting & painting as well as piping hydro testing.
• Work closely with Project team, customer, stake holders, vendors, contractors and ensure all are coordinated to work efficiently and meet timeline & milestones.
• Review of engineering design packages, ensuring all engineering activities in project is in full compliance with codes, standard and requirement of project contract.
• Ensures that engineering related barriers to construction progress are removed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Coordinate with Procurement for expediting MR, PO, material delivery and vendor facility technical feasibility survey.
• Perform site visit during bidding & engineering phase ensuring reliable & safe design review of engineering packages.
• Prepare WBS for scheduling, project execution plan, mobilization plan, look ahead plan, construction scope of work, method statement, review of technical documents & drawing and initiating queries to concerned team.
• Organize the weekly/ monthly progress meeting with construction team to understand the anticipated bottlenecks/ scheduling conflicts & work on preventive actions to keep the project on track.
• Monitoring, tracking, progress analyzing, expediting & follow up sub-contractors’ activities & works for smooth execution and within schedule completion of project activities.
• Establish temporary construction facilities (lay down area) at site for execution of construction activities.
• Detailed planning and day-to-day direction of field activities.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and ensure effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Monitoring all work, at all stages, to ensure that an accurate and professional service is offered.
• Verify & certify the sub-contractor’s invoice with respect to quantum of work completed & pre-assigned weightages & work order.
• Attend project KOM, constructability session and participate in project Risk, HAZOP & PIM meeting.

• Liaise with quality team to ensure project QA & QC requirements are met such as PQP, procedures, ITP, welding qualifications & inspections at all stages.
• Work on punch point closing and technical involvement during pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up support.
• Preparation & compilation of project closeout documentation, QC Dossier & As-Built documents.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing HSE procedures, rules, and regulations.

• To manage the maintenance team for the maintenance of LPG supply system at Industrial, Commercial, and Domestic Level including LPG piping network and LPG Safety System.

Operation & maintenance of 220 TPD Air Separation Plant, Argon Gas supply system, LPG Station, Fuel oil Station, and Compressed Air Plants.
To ensure the compliance of the production program for Air Separation Plant, and ensure continuous supply of Oxygen, Nitrogen & Argon gases, Compressed Air, Fuel Oil, and LPG with required quantity and quality to the Melt shop following the established regulations for safety and quality.
To supervise the ASP bulk products Liquid Oxygen and Liquid Nitrogen filling to the customer tankers.
To supervise the maintenance activities for CCM Heating & Cutting Gases (Oxygen, LPG) valves train, EAF gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen, LPG and oil free Compressed Air) supply valves train, Ladle & Tundish Pre-Heaters, Ladle Gas Stirring system Panels.
To generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding Melt Shop utility products consumption & receiving, and ASP bulk products sales.
Completed the projects of installation, commissioning, and start-up of Liquid Argon Storage Tank, Liquid Oxygen and Liquid Nitrogen Pumps.
To perform operation and maintenance of 90 TPD Air Separation Plant.
Maintenance planning and Preventive / shutdown maintenance execution of all the machines in the plant which are reverse osmosis water purification plant, cooling towers, air filter unit, centrifugal air compressors, heat exchangers, air dryers, refrigeration unit, expansion turbines, cryogenic reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, water pumps.
To carry out plant behavior and production analysis.
Supervision of bulk products i.e. liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon filling and dispatch activities.

(Sep-2005 to Apr-2006) Supervised the project of installation, erection, commissioning, and start-up of 13 TPD Cosmodyne Air Separation Plant in Jeddah.
To control the service team to perform service, repair, preventive and emergency maintenance of HVAC equipment.
To schedule the service technicians and collect their field service report on daily basis.
To arrange spare parts and material required for the service jobs.
To estimate the service jobs taking into consideration of labor, spares / material and time required before their execution.
To lay out all the procedures, formalities and documentation necessary for the service jobs.
• To lead the maintenance team to perform maintenance of 100 TPD Air Separation Plant which includes cooling towers, centrifugal air compressors, air filter unit, centrifugal water pumps, cryogenic pumps (centrifugal & reciprocating), heat exchangers, refrigeration units, expansion turbines, APUs, bulk products (liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon) storage tanks.
• To execute installation and maintenance of oxygen cylinder filling stations, oxygen / nitrogen gas supply system, and storage tanks at the customer stations and medical gases supply system at the hospitals.
• To perform maintenance of Nitrous Oxide and Dissolved Acetylene (DA) plants.
• To supervise the machine tools workshop for maintenance and fabrication work.
