Visiting all outlets as per Journey Cycle per time. Going through chillers section (Fresh) first then (Dry) section, checking all SKUs products.
1 Checking dates, if near expiry or damage products should be removed to receiving area (Back Store).
2 Checking Expires & doing the needful.
3 Displaying the products as per FIFO and as per categories flavors.
4 Checking the shelves Label Prices, Names Tag & if any promotional Shelves Talker.
5 Maintaining Back Store “Inventory”
6 Preparing for Product Order or LPO & Fresh LPO
7 Insuring that LPO is received by Coordinator or Supervisor.
8 Informing and follow ups to coordinator or supervisor about the missing SKU’s per delivery or even the whole delivery.
9 Following up Back Store Procedures
