Responsible for overseeing and supervising this start up hospitality business’s planning, development, marketing activities and HR. In charge of negotiating building and supplier contracts, hiring employees, regulatory compliance, policy development and retail training/strategies/supervision until project completion. Organised and created a structure for daily tasks and communication.
