• Quantity take-off according to BOQ, drawings and specifications.
• Review and analyses Contract variations.
• Preparation of New Rates, Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis.
• Preparation of B.O.Q for all additional items varied from the B.O.Q/Variation proposals.
• Reviewing the specification and bill of quantities.
• Preparation of PCM for Procurement according to the specification and drawings.
• Preparation of Cash flow forecasts
