Mercy Corps is an International Non-Government Organization with worldwide over 5000 employees present in 40 countries. Culminating Mercy Corps’ IT Department Pakistan while worked as Focal Person for Operations including HR, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Administration. Developed first version of Country IT Policy, advised and initiated IT System Audit and complete standardization process of all systems including server with registered software as opening initiatives. Redesigned Server with ClearOS used as Gateway Server as well as built Windows Server 2016 for hosting database, user backups and Kaspersky security center. Introduced File-tree archiving system. Delivered Orientations to all staff with new systems and IT procedures. Established standard Server Room singlehandedly. Helped program in development of database for registering TB Patients and in configuration of CAD4TB and CAD4Good boxes with X-Ray machines in seven Mobile X-Ray Vans.
