•Represented as in charge for of under warranty equipment, ensuring break down calls are resolved on timely manners and PM schedules are followed properly.
•Represented as Technical & Application resource as required for providing user training and best practices to clinical-end-users.

Successfully commissioning over 200 categories of medical equipment, over 12 integrated solutions, and total of 1745 Medical equipment that includes, Supporting project scope development, preparing and implementing detailed commissioning plans, commissioning medical equipment to verify proper operation, and submitting reports to validate commissioning completion.
•Planned and Deployed Real-time location tracking system from Stanley healthcare. This includes Asset tracking, wireless temperature, humidity monitoring, hand hygiene and infant protection over 5000 active tags and 350 Temperature monitoring devices. With fully integrated solution to alerts sent on SMS and emails.
•Integrated existing CMMS (Vision FM & EQ2) system with RTLS, Capacity management, Ansur (Fluke) integration and ECRI source base integration which allows automatic flagging of affected devices.
•During preoperational phase I had worked closely with Clinical Group for their capital planning by providing them Technical Specification of Medical Equipment and provide them with comprehensive technical evaluation according to their desired needs.
•Created 136 Model Specific PM Procedures for Medical Equipment.
•Scheduling of PM by using workload management tool and provides compliance reports to management on monthly basis.
