•Knowledge in RMU system and power changeover process.
•Service and maintenance of 20MVA, 33KV/13.8KV transformers.
•Installation and wiring of VFD’s, soft starters, star-delta starters and DOL starters.
•Maintenance of Technica lifts, cooling tunnels, Crawford sectional doors, dock levelers, all types of lighting fixtures, rapid doors and other utility equipment’s
•Insulation Resistance Testing (Meggar) of transformers and motor windings, making Vibration analasis, Thermal scaning of machines.
•Trouble shooted electrical, electronic and mechanical malfunctions throughout plant.
•Collaborated with upper-level management to lead audits and spot checks. Implemented changes that comply with organizational and safety standards and organized remedial training for new or revised procedural and safety adherence
•Managed the operation, maintenance, fault isolation, and repair of all divisional equipment and associated auxiliary equipment.
•Operation and maintenance of Refrigeration systems (ammonia)
