1. Successfully completed Borouge 2 project as QA/QC Manager for the supply of 1600 MM HDPE pipe line (Quality related works) to Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.
2. Actively optimized the butt- fusion welding Parameter of BA212E PP material (Trial carried out on 3000 mm ID pipe) to achieve required results when tested in accordance with DVS 2203-5 & 2. (Same was not available with supplier of material).
3.Successfully attained FM Approval for Company as a team leader for pipe and fitting sizes ranging from 50 mm to 900mm (Highest no. of pipe and fitting sizes in the world as on Jan-14).
4. Attained approval from ISCO to supply pipes to Nuclear Power Project in accordance with related ASME Code for supply of HDPE Pipes.
5.Attained ARAMCO approval (SAUDI OIL COMPANY) for supply of HDPE Pipes and Fittings.
6. Attained ADDSC Approval for supply of PP and PE manholes & chambers.
7. Received the certification from LRQA for OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004 standards.
8. Renewed the certification of producing the liner pipes for PDO.
9. Actively testing requirements for PP profile pipes established from ISO 13476-1 /2/3 & DVS 2201 TO DVS 2207-11.
10. Planned and completed the Hydro-test for 2000 mm HDPE Tee section as per ISO 4427. First in world to do on Fabricated Tee of 2000 mm.
11.Selection of Pressure testing machine & all other accessories required to carry out testing
Union Pipes Industry Manufactures HDPE/PP solid and corrugated pipes and fittings from the size range of 10mm to 3500mm.
