Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Formulation of the corporate strategy and finalization of annual targets for the year.
• Releasing and coordinating financial planning process including finalization of country-store- department wise financial budget and 5 year business plans.
• Finalization of country-store-department wise buying budget for the year including reforecast.
• Monitor income and expenses versus budget, track the variances, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on remedial actions to ensure the adherence to the budget and to support the effective monitoring of performance within the budget for:
• Retail productivity
• Gross Margin and Net Margin for the Concept
• Stocks and Sales
• Preparation of month wise yearly cash flow requirement / importation plan for the year.
• Feasibility study of new projects with main focus on financial viability of new projects.

Monthly Financial Reporting & MIS
• Ensure timely financial reporting like country- store- department wise P/L accounts for all countries at LFL and NON LFL segments.
• Generation and analysis of country-store-department wise sales MIS report and comparing the same with budget, analysis of trends and variances and taking corrective actions.
• Inventory management including monthly ageing analysis of country-store-department wise inventory.

Supply Chain & Logistics
• Managing daily country-department wise OTB position.
• Seasonal buying planning at supplier/group /sub group level at entry and exit price point.
• Release of centralized pricing.
• Management of shipping plans, delivery schedules, optimization of inventory movements across various stores in all countries.

Accounting & Vendor Management
• Formulation and implementation of various accounting policies & procedures, development and maintenance of systems for generating correct accounting information, review of existing internal control systems and related improvements.

Monthly Financial Reporting & MIS
• Monthly financial reporting to management including release of detailed financial statements indicating MOM performance and various KPIs like ARPU.

• Formulation and implementation of various policies & procedures, development of various MIS reports and monitoring core accounting in area of sales, purchases, inventory, consumption, fixed assets, content cost, installation cost, field repair and relocation cost etc.
• Preparation of Trial Balance including finalization of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards including consolidation and coordinating with statutory and internal auditors.
• Analysis of content cost including package wise margins.
• Receivables and Payables Management.
• Compliance with different statutory requirements pertaining to Income Tax Act, Sales Tax Act, Service Tax Act, State VAT laws and other applicable laws to the company.

Inventory & Consumption
• Inventory management including physical verification of stock, variance analysis & its adjustment and revaluation of stock.
• Quantitative and value analysis of cost of goods sold vis-à-vis sales and consumption of various installation materials vis-à-vis total activations, FRs, Relocations.
