Planning & Implementing Network/Security / Architecture of Data centres as well as our client offices.
• Controlling clients ingress & egress traffic and ensure that there are no security loop holes by implementing security polices, access rules & NATing in different types of firewall i.e. ASA / Pix firewall .
• Configure maintain & modify clients entire networks ( Lan & Wan )
• Troubleshoot wan & lan issues at clients location.
• Managing more than 1000 Cisco firewalls for day today operation stuff
• Configuring IPSec S2S VPN, GRE & IPSec over GRE tunnels on Cisco Routers
• Configuring and troubleshooting All Flavours of vpn like remote access with IPSEC, Anyconnect etc.
• Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco secure ACS server for authentication, authorisation & accounting of network devices.
• Configuring & troubleshooting of SSL VPN for remote users..
• Assisting the management in launching up the new services in Team and provide trainings to the folks.
• Configuring and troubleshooting Dual ISP on ASA (IP SLA) and providing Load balancing among multiple ISPs on ASA.
• Maintain MTTR, MIT, RFO and Service reports to the customers as per the KPI. Follow Global work instructions to all laid down procedures and ensure service quality to customers.
• Maintain Close coordination with Carriers across the world to isolate/rectify faults with escalations as per SLA agreements.

• Member of NOC team - Responsible for diagnostics and second level trouble-shooting on both pro-active and reactive faults and escalate to further level at the right time to mitigate business impact.
• Performing the diagnostics of IP VPN, Data and DSL circuits of cable &, wireless from various regions such as UK, US Europe countries and Asia pacific regions.
• Knowledge of BGP routing and CE to PE connectivity on MPLS domain, and troubleshooting issues related to the same.
• Worked on layer 2 end to end services and Metro Ethernet services from layer 2 switches.
• Working experience on Alcatel next generation MSP devices. Trouble shooting Layer 2 and layer 3 services on the same.
• Working on Service improvement plans to bring down, frequent issues and issues like erroring circuits, where in a constant monitoring and timed resolution is necessary/
• Liaising with various telecom service providers worldwide/vendors/3rd party suppliers to fix faults on the network within SLA.
• Handling link issues from Provider edge to Customer edge routers.
• Raising IT/System issues with UK IT and engaging different agency to solve the issue.
• On-boarding new colleagues and assigning mentor to them.
• Monitoring customer data services over MPLS \[L2 & L3 VPN\]/ATM/FR Platforms using Netcool/SMARTS monitoring system where we monitor customer LAN / WAN & BGP Peers, DSL Broadband Technologies like ADSL/SDSL access services.
• Co-ordination with local carriers and transmission team for fault resolution.
• Exposure in Nortel MDM Passports used in Frame Relay Managed/Unmanaged circuits and IP en FR. \[ IP enabled Frame Relay\].
• Close coordination with Carriers across the world to isolate/rectify faults with escalations as per SLA agreements.
• Knowledge on SDH anomalies and alarms on Optical / Electrical Level.
• Exposure on DSL Technologies \[SDSL/ADSL/CDSL\] solutions provided for customers in C&W.
• Providing Test Plans to isolate and rectify faults related to circuit erroring / packet drops and latency issues.
• Responsible for Repeated fault analysis of reoccurring network issues and recommending permanent solutions to them. \[Remedy INV/ADV tickets\]
• Following up customer queries pertaining to Network Domain \[Remedy QHF/ADV tickets\].

• Managed infrastructure installation services including network facilities, Information Assurance, Cable Plant, WAN and LAN teams and performed design, survey, installation and commissioning of network devices.
• Responsible for performing troubleshooting and patching with OS's, installing and upgrading OS's;implement and maintain security.
• Performed installations, technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance of network equipment, installed and upgraded software and hardware equipment, oversaw the management of subcontracted work, including working with upper levels of the subcontractor structure, and the creation of engineering design documents for the network on the base.
