- Responsible for taking phone calls to troubleshoot technical issue which occurs while using Adobe products by USA clients
- On the fourth month I became top performer of the team and certified by company.
- In six months I got promotion and became Resolution Expert for my team.
I have got through MCA in Dec 2009 with 72% of marks.
