Responsibilities are as follows:
Product Development - New and validation of existing products,
Quality Assurance & Control activities of Raw Materials, packaging Materials, In process,
Preparation of Daily and Monthly Production,
Manpower and Machine Efficiency reports, Internal Auditor for all the plants- Chips, Corn Curl, Pellet
Assisting Production Supervisors in Production Planning, Quality control, ISO and HACCP implementations, etc.,
Designing and Artwork coordination for new products development
Handling Sales activities monitoring of 5 Salesman with Trucks for van sales- Sales route planning, area wise visits, collections, credit sales for genuine customers with respect to credit facility terms, Monitoring Daily sales report, Sales Abstract of each salesman.

Responsibilities are as follows:

Responsibilities were as follows,
Given in-charge of Manpower recruitment, Identifying Manpower requirements with regard to ISO 9001: 2000 HR policies such as Training programs for the year and subsequent evaluation of post training skills, liasoning with Government officials i.e., PF, ESI, Inspector Factories for submission of monthly and yearly returns, whereas with Pollution Control board submission of Form V and Renewal of Air and Water consent orders with prior arrangement for Air Quality tests, and followed by monthly salary preparations.

My responsibilities were:
In charge of whole plant which involves in manufacturing Sunfill-Instant Soft Drink Powder with flavors of Orange, Mango and Lemon. As Co-packers for Coca -Cola India, Knowledge in handling Multi-track and Single-track sachet packing machines, Awareness in implementation of ISO and HACCP with GMP, inducted as MR for ISO work. Involved in cost planning with production department and Manpower requirements accordingly, Productivity Reporting Systems (PRS) to CCIPL, Regular maintenance activities including machinery maintenance- Preventive and Corrective and Hygiene of plant-internal and external, maintaining and supervising reports.

Responsibilities were as follows,
Shift Executive, Production & Manpower Planning, Periodic Production, Report generating which involves reports for Biscuit manufacturing-Short Dough and Hard Dough formulation with respect to the varieties reference to baking time temperature, Oven setting and as well as Production of Wafer manufacturing. In-charge in supervising finished goods - Packed products.

Responsibility given were,
Production Planning, Manpower Planning, R& D Work, Hygiene Upkeep in Plant and Culture Plant Operation which manufactures Pre-fermented Dehydrated Dosa Powder, Vada Powder, Potato flakes and Potato Masala Flakes.

Responsibility were as follows,
Production Planning, Manpower Planning which involves in manufacturing- Weaning Foods-Bonny Mix - Natural, Chocolate and Farex Fruit and Rozana Soya Chunks.
