•Checking Consultation forms properly filled by the doctors
•Checking prescription forms properly filled by the doctors.
•Checking medical reports for Hospital as well as Pharmacy.
•Checking approvals for hospital as well as Pharmacy.
•Checking medical cards of the patients.
•Making insurance invoices of the Out patients as per Insurance company.
•Preparing Statement of Accounts as per insurance company format.
•Checking all invoices prepared for the month before submission.
•Submission of invoices with the statement of accounts before the due date to the insurance companies.
•Placing the orders to vendors, getting the material on time, using the material for right purpose, maintaining report of stock in hand. Follow up of work in progress.
• Making accounts entries in Tally 7.2 accounting package, maintaining follow up of payment due dates from customers as well as vendors side.
• Generating Purchase order, Sales order & Sales invoice thru system.
• Preparing tenders and quotations. Preparing statements of accounts for reporting purpose. Petty cash handling, follow-up with bank for sufficient fund.
• Maintaining good relations with customers and vendors.
• Preparing salary of staff and wages of workers.

•Preparing Sales orders for the customers as per their requirement.
•Making quotations for suppliers/vendors as per the order received from customers.
•Preparing Purchase order for suppliers/vendors.
•Making follow up for order given to suppliers/vendors.
•Handling customers those placed the orders with us.
•Reporting to head on overall matters.
•Building maximum awareness of company's policies & services by citing the unique Service features, usage & competitive differentiation by conducting planned & regular product Training’s, skill training’s, new distributor orientation programs/ sessions across Nagpur territory.
•Supporting distributor organized events, Coordinating company's special events in Nagpur & adjoining areas.
•Educating, Encouraging & Guiding distributors not only to know the services well but also help them develop competency in effective product presentation & selling skills thereby supporting in generating sales.
•Handling queries on service features benefits applications & usage through all communication mediums.
•Taking orders and cash handling.
•Overall responsible for Customer care relations & operational activities.
•As a full time co-facilitator function in “Teleservices Dept" at the Nagpur Amway centre.
•Communicating with distributors & Leaders on business related matters like Product ordering, delivery status, Bonus cheques, Commissions, Renewals, Returns, Bimonthly magazines, Promotions, Events, Existing & new services, New launches.
• Imparting maximum service awareness.
•Ensuring proper maintenance & updating records for accurate correspondence & reporting. & proper follow up on distributors complaint & Queries.
•Coordinating with commercial, Warehouse team, state office, Regional office on various first hand information required for follow ups & generation of reports.
•Reporting to branch head, Regional office on functional matters.
