- Provide assistance to the top management to adhere and comply with policies and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the organization strategies.
- Acting as a Head of HR Department where my role includes but not limited the following; Managing Recruitment Department, Training and Performance Departments with an oversight of more than 55 employees.
- Managing HR Operations Structure: Employee Relations (ER) and Support Services (SS) sections.
- Managing Promotions, Salary Adjustments and Transfer Requests.
- Managing the Annual Increment cycle process to be presented to the top management.
- Managing and leading the transformation of manual HR processes into SAP system.

- Managing On-Boarding for new employees (Saudis and Expats) upon joining till stability.
- Managing Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Managing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that aligns with ELM and HR strategies.
- Managing Yearly Performance Appraisal by using Success Factor (SF) system.
- Managing Payroll Process (overtime, additional payments and deductions).
- Aligning the organization with the Labour Office and GOSI regulations.
- Managing work and visit visas process.
- Managing all government systems including Muqeem and GOSI systems.
- Managing all employees’ daily operations requests and activities such as Disciplinary Actions (Warning, Dismiss, and Termination) as well as medical and car Insurances, travel reservations - hotel and tickets, and social events.
- Managing all employees’ services, vacations, attendance and claims.
- Provide assistance to all employees to solve their problems and complains.
- Managing and leading the annual Team Building Event for the top managers.
