1. Completed baseline configuration based on best practices for SAP EAM. Configured, Order types, for Preventive maintenance, calibration maintenance, Emergency maintenance, shutdown maintenance, Test and Inspection and Corrective maintenance. Measuring points, new classes, Fiori apps, for whole PM processes covered. New MICs created for Preventive maintenance, shutdown and calibration orders.
2. Completed PP and QM configuration based on best practices for MTS Discrete manufacturing. In Process inspection, Inspection method, Production versions defining Production lines, Task list creation.
Saudi aramco-Hydrocarbon division-SAP PM Lead-Implemented Calibration process across Kingdom which includes all Flow meter, installed on pipe lines. Initial configuration done for Preventive maintenance, configured task list, created new MICs, Maintenance plan and Scheduling of orders.
Saudi aramco-PM Mobility-Project Manager-Implemented works manager. Configured SAP PM module, Measuring points, inspection rounds, code valuation and Little QM-inspection and Preventive maintenance.
PM Notification creation on mobile device, Order creation, and confirmation. Inspection rounds for Ships and Measuring points.
To Lead, monitor and advise solutions for multiple projects for different modules to cater requirements pertaining to Business needs.
