•Meet clients on daily bases for renewal contract and payments.
•Convince and negotiate unwilling clients in order to retain them.
•Personally handle client issues in case of delay in work from operation department.
•Pitch new clients in order to sign the maintenance contract.
•Schedule one time job for non-contractual clients and also pitch them to sign maintenance contract.
•Follow up with operation department on regular bases over ongoing jobs and pending services in case of any delay reported from clients end.
•Handling cooperate client (Alokozay, ENSCO, Seadrill Management, Investment Corporation Dubai, Espace real estate, Green shield Real estate, SSN International LTD and Sensasia Spa.)
