Drafted Contract of Main Contractor, Lift Consultant, Asbestos Survey & Principal Designer.
Drafted Contracts for Cladding materials, Core drilling, Scaffolding, Sprinkler System, Dry lining
Asbestos Removal etc. Preparing Scope matrix and Price matrix. Risk management.
Coordination with Finance team. Assisting Architects and Designers in Value engineering.
Understanding Fire strategy to develop Scope matrix and negotiation with designers.
Understanding regulations / Bylaws & Statutory Compliances (CDM Regulations, Insurances etc.).
Mixed scheme to develop Multi-storey Residential Building and Commercial Spaces and Hotel.
