My responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Working as consultant Quality Control and acceptance of more than 1100 sites (Network upgrade)
•Managing after all Quality control & PAT of 2G/3G/LTE Sites
•Managed 1100+ GSM sites and five sub-contractors.
•Negotiating with customer on acceptance approval, if necessary, to make sure that acceptance targets are met
•Daily and weekly coordination with regional teams on the acceptance forecast to ensure that 100% forecast is achieved
•Making site audit report (SQI), for each site visited.
•Regular reporting of acceptance progress to internal management as well as customer
•Educating the team regarding quality standards, safety measures and related issues
•Making sure that all safety measures are met properly (surprise visits to the sites to check the safety measures are taken
in the lead role for the implementation of fiber
•Looking after the civil works, arranging resources as and when required.
•Regular meeting with the customer hence making sure the sooth floe of the project
•To make sure that all the required material is available on site at the required time
•Project Control Monitor by documenting daily project progress against the baseline, constantly updating OSP build plan Tracker, Material requirements, Work Completion Accomplishment Report, Issue registry and preparation of Daily Target Progress report to be submitted to National team
• Technical discussion, solution and approvals with/for Contractors & Subcontractors
•Regular monitoring and reporting of the project progress

Worked as Project coordinator of 2G and MW implementation for
(Maftel Networks, Audit, 2G & MW Swap &implementation) Afghanistan
•End to End Responsibility for 2G Swap and new sites implementation
•Working in the region, team and time management, conducting the activities as planned
•Reporting to the head office with progress and issues if any.
•Working with the local authorities, discussing security issue and team movement according to the plan
•Deal with regional quality department for acceptance visits
