 Innovation, cost saving, limiting the number of design drawing revision - measures suggested for streamlining Engineering processes.
 Undertaken the design drawing coordination, site MEP coordination problem solving exercise.

 Initial Study of the project and having discussions with Contract manager.
 Coordinate with Main Contractor for daily work progress.
 Submitting all the Mechanical Material Submittal as per Specification given by the consultant.
 Procurement of material on time as per the project requirement and effectively utilize the man power to complete the job as per the planned schedule.
 Getting site installation inspection approved from consultant and MEP Clearance for False ceiling closing and Testing and commissioning approval.
 Reviewing Shop Drawings, as built dwgs, Details dwg, O&M manual, WI, T&C Test procedure & Material Submittals for Consultant’s Approval.
 Managing quantity takes off & procurement of materials to the site.
 Monitoring HVAC System, Fire Protection system and of installation work according to the approved drawing.
 Inspection in HVAC equipment /ducting installation & insulation hydrostatic/ pneumatic test, leak test & flushing, reinstatement, pump/motor alignment inspection.
 Execute Quality Assurance & Quality control inspection for mechanical works as per technical data and specification requirement of the project.
 Material factory inspection for procurement of material as per specification of project.
 Testing, Commissioning & Balancing of all HVAC Systems as per the client requirements.
 Co-ordinating with the third party testing and results for our services.
 Necessary coordination with all related services for proper installation and smooth completion of job.
 Installation of Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, & All mechanical Related Services as per the approved drawings.
 Coordination with subcontractors effectively to get quality work from them
 Attending site meetings to discuss regular progress and solving the issues holding the project.
 Ensuring safety work at site. Getting weekly reports from safety officers.
 Reviewing the RFP and preparing the manpower and material schedule for estimation.
 Preparation of BOQ as per the specification and drawings given by the client. Sending enquiries to the suppliers and submitting the tender on time.
