crude oil to chemicals complex in the world. I assigned to lead Mixed Feed Steam Cracker section.

compliance with The primary standard for the accreditation of Laboratories is ISO/IEC Standard
17025:2009 and we obtained the certifications until 2019. I lead a team from 40+ including shift
employees and I motive and empower them to exceed their production target and minimize
customers complains.

to achieve 2016 CEO excellence award. We did received the award from Saudi Aramco Executive
Board members in Feb. 16th 2017.
2. Managed to produce material balance in 1st business day of the month as per Finance request.
3. Develop linier programming (LP) model to optimize refinery operations.
4. lead Refinery Solomon team for 2016 Solomon study.

Currently, I am working as senior process Engineer for the Prcoess area II. This area includes CCR/Platforming unit, NHT unit. LSRN Unit SatGasCon Unit and Hydrogen unit. In my group, I have in my group 4 fresh engineers and following their development in this type of refinery process. Also, I am working as a back-up supervisor for YR Opeartions Engineering Unit. I was handling the unit as unit head during the following period (Feb. 16-28, 2013 / April 13-20, 2013 and June 5-23, 2013).
Also, I am working with Honeywell to develop Operators training simulator (OTS) for CCR/Platforming and DHT Complex.

Moreover, I was assigned by R&NGL Executive Director to lead admin area Reforming Benchmarking Team. The main objective of this benchmarking process is to assess the performance through the development of a standardize performance monitoring mechanism. The main targets are to add more focus and enhance KPIs using available Best Practices Program initiatives with the support of Central Engineering mainly P&CSD, CSD, Inspection Departments. This will involve examining the performance at predetermined criteria applied at each facility which will principally focused on Solomon Indices, Asset Integrity, Asset Utilization and Talent Management. The assessment outcome will be utilized as a benchmark to guide achieves optimum performance through the support of central engineering SME and the unit licensors.

My development assignment with Yanbu Refinery Operations Division as Process Area III Foreman was for 15 months and started from July 1st 2011 until Oct. 1st 2012. This process area includes Isomerzation Unit and Diesel Hydrotreater Complex, this complex consist of 5 main units Diesel Hydrotreater unit, Amine Regeneration Unit, Sour water stripper Unit, sulfur Recovery Unit and sulfur Forming Unit. The assignment was really an outstanding opportunity for me to be exposed to leadership practices and working closely with different discipline in YR to achieve a safe and reliable operations for all PA-III units in addition to continue the development foe all unit employees.
I utilized the time during the assignment and I obtained certifications in leadership challenge program and world class safety program

I completed the performance test for the units and now working with the project team to identify the scope for DHT unit upgrade to process more than 95, 000 Bbl/day

My Assignment with UOP was for 18 months and started from June 2008 until Nov. 13th 2009. The assignment was really an outstanding opportunity for me to be exposed to the current design and operation practices related to Hydroprocessing processes. The assignment was divided into 3 phases as follows:

1. The first phase was with the training group for almost 4 months, which covers the process and project training. The main objective of this assignment was to provide general knowledge about the process engineering and project design.

2. The second phase which was started in October 2008 until May 2009 was the hydprocessing department which was the core phase if the assignment. During this phase, I worked on designing new plants and revamping existing unit. The work includes working on preliminary designs of two hydrocrackers units, which were UOP bidding on. Also, I worked in new MQD unit, which is Diesel Hydrotreater with maximize the quality of diesel. Finally, I worked on schedule A or (FEED) design of new hydrocracker unit fractionation section.

3. The last phase of the assignment started in June 2009 until the end of assignment with the technical services group in which I was exposed to the operational experience of different UOP customers. This phase includes troubleshooting, plant data review, operation monitoring and customer support.

I utilized the time during the assignment and I obtained a certification in six sigma green belt from Motorola University and associate certification from PMI project Management institute
