Implementation/Support

 Requirement Gathering for reports from the users, understanding the business process at Ciba.
 Involved in understanding the requirements using Functional Specifications.
 Gap Analysis for the requirement versus the business content and identifying the custom objects for backend as well as the reports.
 Helped decide the logic on which the SCM and MAS reports would work for Project BRAVE.
 Developed extensive test case scenarios to check the data in the report with that of R/3 transactions, R/3 report against Data warehouse and R/3 data against Extractor.
 Involved in creating KT documents for end users as a part of Final preparation.
 Provided the support for issues in post go-live on priority basis.
