Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench-marking
Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
* Receiving tenders & Request
· Quotations and Bidding follow up
· Invoicing and collection
· Monitoring the execution of the projects in site ( on spot or scheduled visits until the completion of the project)
· Following up the payment relating to the projects under her follow up or requested by the biz manager
· Keep good relation with current client and attract new opportunities to the business
· Follow up reporting and projects timesheets with the clients
· Sharing the assessment of new sub-contractors and reporting on monthly basis about the sub-contractor's performance
· Performing spot or secluded visits to evaluate the performance of our inspectors/ casual/ freelances and sub-contracts in terms of the projects time frame, scope of work, …etc
Reporting to Area manager
*Identify the used materials from the project spec.
*Search for the suppliers & subcontractors.
*Make a comparison between the best offers.
*Have the approval for the materials and subcontractors from the CS.
*Follow Up all subcontractors working in site.
*Supervise the stores and make audits.
*Supervise the document controller dept.
