• Proactive monitoring and management of DEWA InfraX network such as SDH, DWDM, IP, PDH, Ethernet, DCN, Microwave and Fiber Optic.
• Hands on experience with OSN 9800 and OSN1800 configuration and commissioning.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance for all transmission nodes in the network.
• Support and manage daily tasks in transmission backbone network.
• Support front office team on any incidents and train them to deal with transmission nodes.
• Responsible for all request for change in the transmission network requested by customer or needed to enhance the network performance.
