- worked as a service desk team leader as a single point of contact
between the it department and others viva departments with the
below tasks:
- manage my team with all work relation (attendance, salary reports
, evaluation, follow up on staff residency .etc. .)
- oracle admin : creation a user files and give a privilege’s and
manage the user operation
- generating deferent daily, weekly monthly reports regarding systems
and servers performance
- escalating the p1, p2, and the p3 cases to it team and even
contacting the 2nd line support.
- administration on the windows domain to fix users accounts
problem.
- using hp service manager to open and track deferent service
requests and incidents.
- contacting the it team to calculate and provide the kpis for all the
systems to check the sla status.
- handling the team budget with the hq receiving the bills and
receipts
from the team and follow it up with the finance department.
- prepare some documents and presentations to explain the work
procedures and polices .
