Verifying, Reviewing, and scrutinizing Contractors/Consultants Interim Payment Application and
Issuing Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) accordingly.
 Verifying, Reviewing, and scrutinizing Contractors Variation Orders and recommending to the
Employer.
 Escalating the IPC/Variation order (VO) for Employers approval after thoroughly inspecting the
Quantities (BOQ) and their applicable Unit Rates, Summaries and required Contract documents,
Payment justification Documents and contractor certificates and their validity/Expiry Dates.
 Actively involved in Preparing and instructing the contractor for Value Engineering of the project in
coordination with project designer.
 Verifying and Reviewing Quantities and Item Unit rates (rate Analysis) for variation Orders (VO).
 Preparing/Updating Monthly report for Civil and Architectural Works, Maintaining IPC log.
 Preparing Cost report of the project.
 Technical Evaluation of Furniture Contract Tenders and Recommending to the Employer.
 Liasing between Employer and Contractgor for Potential change orders and Value Engineering in
Coordination with Project Designers and construction team.

Verifying, Reviewing, and scrutinizing Quantities for Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) and
approving the quantities according to approved Inspection report (IR) from site.
 Verifying and Reviewing Quantities and Item rates for variation Orders (VO), Similar Items
 Verifying, Reviewing and scrutinizing Quantities for Revised BOQ (Re-measurable contract).
 Escalating the IPC/Revised BOQ to Client (MOI) approval after thoroughly inspecting the
Quantities (BOQ), Summaries and required Contract documents, Payment justification Documents
and contractor certificates and their validity/Expiry Dates.

Verifying, Reviewing, and scrutinizing Quantities for Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) and

Reviewing and Verifying of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the proposed project.
 Reviewing and Verifying Contractors Payments.
 Calculate and estimate cost of materials for the completion of project efficiently.
 Preparation of QS Report, progress report and Monthly Cash Flow.

Preparing Interim Payment Certificate (IPC), Preparing Variation Orders, Preparing BOQ, QTO.

Type
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Verifying scrutinizing certifying and processing of contractor running and final account bills according to
the site progress work.
• Verification of contractor bills with the applicable terms and conditions certification and ensuring
compliance to the statutory requirements like WCT, labor cess, VAT and Service Tax.
• Preparation of QS Report, progress report and Monthly Cash Flow.
• Preparation of cooperative statement and close out report, analyzing with theoretical quantities verses
actual quantities from as built drawings.
• Verification of rate analysis (DATA) for variation orders (Civil works) as per the current SOR.
• Select and strategize allocation of work to contractors.
• Draft letter of award and compile contract documents for signature and final payment.
• Coordination in interpreting drawings on worksites.
• Supervise technicians and other engineers and review designs, calculations and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with construction team and administration department.
• Fully cooperation with safety, health and risk management requirements.
