• Preparing and optimizing the MEP redesign drawings and calculations with respect to the standards & regulations such as ASHRAE, NFPA & Qatar construction standards.
• Attending the weekly project meetings with the clients to chalk out a weekly plan for the ongoing project.
• Establishing work measurement programs to develop standards for labor utilization.
• Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data, and production schedules to determine optimum workers.
• Schedule assignments to achieve the pre-set goals as finalized in the meeting.
• Studying functional statements for project information to determine the functions and responsibilities of my workforce.
• Decide for the smooth operation of the project till the completion stage. Organizing and managing project labor and the delivery of materials, plants, and equipment.
• Establishing standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, and inspection according to engineering principles and safety regulations in coordination with the production, quality control, and safety department.
• Coordinating and preparing all the required documents for testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.
• Reviewing all the Operation and Manual (O&M) submittals
• Coordinating the infrastructure utilities: the drainage system, potable water system, landscape, and irrigation system, and power & data systems, with the different infrastructure contractors.
• Coordinating with the design dept. for material/drawing submissions and obtain approvals as per the regulations of the relevant local authorities and service providers, preparing complete documents as required for applying the file to the Municipality Department for authority’s approvals of Qatar Civil Defense Department (QCDD), MOI for the CCTV system, Ooredoo, Kahramaa, Ashghal, Woqod, Qatar Rail, and hand over the project and obtaining the Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
• Checking and reviewing all shop drawings, coordinated/composite services drawings, and material appraisals in line with the project specifications, E&M design, architectural & structural drawings, and incorporating the engineer comments for obtaining final approval
• Issuing FCR (Field Change Requests) to the engineer (consultant) for his approval as per site conditions installation, coordination with building section (civil works)
• Reviewing all design changes, monitoring, and approving variation work orders for subcontractors
• Planning and scheduling material deliveries and monitoring the overall work progress against the approved work program and look-ahead schedules and preparing weekly project reports for the management meeting
Plans, designs, organizes, and oversees the assembly, erection, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and process plants and installations.
• Evaluates mechanical systems by designing and conducting research programs, and applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
• Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
• Research, design, install, operate, and maintain mechanical systems, equipment, systems, and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.

Marafeeq, Sunhydro….etc.
• Coordinating with the design dept. for material/drawing submissions and obtain approvals as per the regulations of the relevant local authorities and service providers, preparing complete documents as required for applying the file to the Municipality Department for authority’s approvals of Qatar Civil Defense Department (QCDD), MOI for the CCTV system, Ooredoo, Kahramaa, Ashghal, Woqod, Marafeeq and hand over the project.
