• Planning sales using E- Marketing and direct contacts with End users.
• Handle the procurement operations for all direct and indirect materials( mechanical, electrical, Lab equipment, office furniture and IT)
• sourcing and maintaining key vendor relationships and supplier interaction in order to achieve the best results by means of negotiation

• Formulate workflow processes, methods, procedures and policies.
• Negotiate with suppliers for higher quality product and price discounts
• Manage the purchasing cycle including requests for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up, goods receipt and supplier billing
• Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors coordinated technical and commercial bid.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, price and compliance with our requirements
• Reviews specifications, Scope of Work (SOW) and validates the various evaluation criteria of purchase requisitions
• Develop and implement short- and long-term procurement strategies designed to reduce costs and improve quality and service Maintain flawless supply chain process between the responsible departments. Inspection of all purchase orders including the coordination of factory acceptance tests (FAT).
• Management of the shipment release, freight, customs clearance and goods receivable of Purchased items.
• Involvement in CAPEX and OPEX process.
• Ensured maintenance of all records and transactions using SAP system.
Responsibilities
• I oversee and supervise all activities related to inventory control within a warehouse environment. Their main objective is to ensure that all materials are properly stored and that accurate and appropriate levels of inventory are maintained in order to meet customer demand.
• My responsibilities include:
• Hiring, training and managing staff. Identifying causes of issues and implementing process improvements
• Keeping abreast of changes in inventory control best practices in order to educate staff and issue policy changes.
