• Creating policies and procedures for logistics activities (Logistics policy manual and SOPs).

• Process of damaged/expired goods destruction and lead time.
• Inventory rotation ensuring that fast moving items are always available and that slow moving items are pushed out on time to avoid expiries.
• Receiving stock in Full and on Time, merchandising it and storing it based on FIFO standards and by category in the right location.
• Custodian of the warehouse compliance status in terms of: excellent operating conditions, space utilization, hygiene and cleanliness, safety measures, equipment, floor, freezers and repair interventions.
• Product transfer management: physical and in the system.
• Executing daily spot checks, monthly fast moving items cycle counts, bi-yearly full stock count and yearly closing cycle count ensuring full financial adjustment and minimal variance score.
• Strict Adherence to raw material receiving specs (Expiry dates, Packaging size, etc.).
• Scheduling employee transportation respectively to the shift schedules.
• Close collaboration with the production & Logistics management teams ensure the operations workflow operates without failures (delivery schedules, goods receipts and production timings, sales forecast...)
• Handling the production factory and the commissary of all Domino’s branches in Doha.
• Responsible of all stock taking, Receiving, Data entry Check, Delivery of products to branches, Random Spot checks on stocks in branches, Inventory and Cost calculation.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Effective utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment ensuring that quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
• Planning future capacity requirements;
• Responsible of the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely
