• Prepare and review Documentation for Inspection, RFI (Request for Inspection), P&ID for line verification, Instrument wiring diagram (ILD) for wiring details & Hook up for tubing/airline.
• Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per the process control requirements.
• Prepare Instrumentation Index, I/O list and specification sheets.
• Develop PLC logic by using ladder logic and function block diagram (Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Schneider).

all pneumatic lines, impulse lines.
• Installation, configuration & Commissioning of field instrument i.e., Pressure & temperature gauges and

• Review and verify Documentation for Loop Checking i.e., Check List, Instrument loop diagrams (ILD), Instrument specification sheet (ISS)/ Instrument Data Sheet (IDS) & Calibration Records.
• Inspection of fabrication, installation and commissioning activities for process/electro-mechanical works
related to instrumentation.
• Preparation of Instrument Installation details, Junction Box wiring, Instrument Interconnection drawings, instrument Cable Schedule, Safety grounding layout, Instrument Loop drawings and datasheets/ specifications of various instruments.
• Prepares material requisitions, evaluate technical bids & reviews Vendor/ Third Party documents.
• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on sites.
• Inspection& testing of Instrument, Cable Routing, Laying, Glanding, Termination, Grounding and Insulation
Resistance & Continuity tests.
• Ensure the quality of work in accordance with standard i.e., ISO, IEC, NFPA, ISA etc.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose optimization strategies to enhance treatment efficiency and
reduce operational costs.
• Ensure that instrumentation and control systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirement.
• Review ILD, P&ID and cause and effect diagram to perform the control system loop testing.
• Installation and configuration of Termination, Loop Testing, Calibration and Parameterization of Pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, level transmitter, and temperature transmitter etc.
• Diagnose causes of malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as control valves, transmitters, etc. and take corrective measures
• Calibrate and adjust systems and equipment according to specifications and to maintain records of repairs, calibrations and tests.
• Respond to instrumentation and control failures and implement corrective actions in adherence with procedures and guidelines to reduce downtime and maximize functionality of equipment.
• Perform Calibration of field equipment (pressure gauges and transmitters, temperature gauges and transmitters, level transmitters, displacement sensors, valves etc.)
• Identify areas for improvement and propose optimization strategies to enhance the plant efficiency.

• Lead routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of control systems, ensuring their consistent and optimal performance.
• Investigating issues, defects, or failures to determine the root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist Manager to prepare annual maintenance plan.
• Prepare maintenance report and submit it to Technical manager.
• Perform the root cause analysis of potential troubles and maintain record.
• Ensures proper operation of SCADA system; identifies and troubleshoots issues pertaining to SCADA system.
