•Leading and motivating large teams of workers and professionals thereby managing allocation of tasks within teams
•Planning, initiating, executing and monitoring projects along time, cost and quality including technical (engineering) and techno-commercial coordination with all stake holders
•Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
•Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Key Deliverables:
•Inspection of structural works such as platforms, railings, plates, bolts, nuts installation, ensure installation of materials are in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.
•Coordinating with site construction terms and conditions to achieve project objectives.
•Inspection and monitoring of various construction activities carried out by contractor and use of surveillance report to document both acceptable and deficient works found at the time of inspection.
•Review laboratory's test certificates regarding soil classification, natural water content, maximum dry density and optimum moisture content, particle size distribution, liquid limit, plasticity index, laboratory compaction tests using standard/modified effort, etc
