Responsible for new landscaping project management under construction department-
• Involve in supervision, monitoring, evaluation & documentation of site conditions to ensure project going on smoothly.
• Coordinate work plan with contractor's staff regarding practical operations going on in order to deliver the project in time as required by the client.
• Observe site safety procedures and report discrepancies, concerns and violations to safety inspector.
• Maintain record of all the activities for landscape works at site.
• Monitor equipment and materials inspection delivered to the site.
• Planning for planting plants supplied, installed and maintained in good condition.
• Monitor and report on the contractor's progress on a regular basis to the admin.
• Prepare daily progress report as per site condition how many people works at site and measure what they did. After sign and submit to Senior Project Manager.
• Prepare projects weekly look ahead program.
• Prepare weekly report.
• Prepare resource weekly ahead plan.
• Maintain attendance record (Time sheet).
