Key Responsibilities:
• Aiding the senior management in planning, developing and coordinating the provision of human resource services, policies and programs in accordance with company rules and regulations.
• Establishing a positive employer-employee relationship and promoting a high level of employee morale through implementation of comprehensive HR action plans in compliance with company HR policies and objectives.
• Gaining extensive experience in SAP Human Resource Module & Employee Resource Module, thus ensuring strict adherence to company policies/ procedures and ethical practices.
• Maintaining a track of LOA, credentials data and verifications in records for seamless functioning of activities leading to optimal growth chart of the organization.
• Actively involved in employee support span for several countries encompassing India, Srilanka and Bangladesh consistent with overall goals and objectives of the organization.
• Establishing updates using HR systems and maintaining filing systems for confidential/administrative files to update and track information pertaining to employee personnel contracts.
• Streamlining the preparation of various reports and providing appropriate recommendations to enhance further workflow and to track strategic goal accomplishment.
• Keeping current on all laws and regulations pertaining to human resources for identifying company's legal requirements and accordingly recommending solutions to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Liaise with recruitment agencies
• Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
