• Moved project from 20% to 99% User Acceptance within 1 month of joining by identifying a solution to seamlessly integrate fleet policies across two systems. Received appreciation award from CIO for significant contribution.
• Delivered 3 project phases for Commercial and Retail Motor Insurance across UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.
• Managed 5 modules for other lines of general insurance business including Retail Motor, Business, Home and Personal Accident in UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. Led Requirement Gathering, SIT, UAT and Production.
• Collaborated with multiple teams to gather IT requirements including Retail Sales, SME, Finance, Underwriting, Credit control, Marketing and Product Development teams.
• Identified savings of AED70K per annum by implementing in-house software capability for IVR recordings.
• Single point person for communicating with the Head of Business and Finance, discussing technical solutions with stakeholders and vendors, developing and presenting innovative ideas to generate efficient solutions.

Member of the Agile project team, running monthly sprints and attending daily Scrum meetings to drive the development of new digital products for Emirates mobile website and app. Conducted detailed requirement analysis, proof of concept and finalized solutions.
•Delivered insurance integration in Responsive HTML5 platform, boosting the revenue from mobile web by 6%.
•Defined the mobility strategy and worked with the business stakeholders to develop initiatives (iOS, Android, Windows, Responsive HTML5 mobile platform) and presented them to decision-makers within the customer business unit.

Ran end-to-end product development to bring 237 services online, with a focus on payment processing in line with Dubai’s Smart Government agenda.
•Led the business analysis and implementation processes, identified scope gaps and advised on workaround solutions when applicable.
•Implemented the License Renewal and License Amendment services and Webservices for communicating with Finance and Payment System (FNP), CLD and CED department back-office systems.
•Developed form beans and struts action mappings as well as SQL scripts and Oracle packages and complex financial and payments reports.
