They also help to establish pricing that will drive sales and profitability while remaining competitive with others in the market. These all things where my energizers when i was in campus.I really love doing these things, its not about having the BA degree in Marketing Management its about loving what i really do,knowledge plus gift will make you successful in your campus life. But there are necessary skills that i got from my 3 years university life which make me a better marketing manager,so to be the better one you have to have these skills, strong communication, sales and presentation skills. You must be goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, often while juggling several projects at once. Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is essential. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train and motivate team members. And we should also have strong budgeting, Internet and computer skills. All of these things came from my educational life in Unity University.
