Provide global service structure to assure rapid response to customers and effective demand/inventory management
Effectively sell all brands in MENA markets
Leverage global manufacturing base to serve all MENA markets based on requirements
Present company in exhibitions, conferences and relative events
Identifying new projects and opportunities that suit company business in Power (Generation & Substation), Oil & Gas, Water & STPs, IPPs, IWPPs, TIACs, Civil, Industrial and Electromechanical fields
Secure participation in such projects
Collecting data from Planning Departments for budget values and schedules of projects that fall within company interest
Analyzing the data and information collected for planning, budgeting, follow up and report purposes
Following up and preparation of tenders until submittal, evaluation and negotiation to secure contracts
Seizing and analyzing market, clients and competition data
Building contacts and relations with clients on business basis and extending the same on social basis
Updating company information with all clients and Engineering Service Providers
Presenting company in all relative events.
Meeting different international companies and seeking potential relations/alliances
Managing Eastern Area Office and providing support to all different projects in the area including Administrative and Logistic needs. (Area Manager since2006)
