Managing Customer Complaints & Feedback.
Development of New Management Information Systems like Electronic Log, Quality incident reporting, Innovation scheme, employee satisfaction survey etc.
Development & Management of Company Management Systems (YMS):
Development of the Company Manual, Divisions Manual, Department Manuals
Development of Company Department Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms etc.
Internal Auditor for ISO 9001: 2008 Compliance
Document Controller for Company Intranet and the department.
Development & Management of Company Competency Management Systems. The Job Involved the working with Shell Global for development of the following documents:
Job Descriptions, Roles & Responsibilities for all Company Positions,
Development of RACIE Charts to define interface between different positions.
Development of Job Competency Standards, Job Competence Profile Catalogue, Competence Profile Matrix, and Individual Competence Profile documents, Competency Assessors and implementing Competency Management System in SAP.
Implementation of Job Qualification Program for Operators and Technicians.

Development & Tracking the yearly Individual Development Plan for all Employees
Perform internal audits for Training and Present Quarterly reports.

Monitoring Plant Performance :
Preparing & Establishing Systems for plant performance improvement & their monitoring.
Optimization of various process parameters
Ensuring Proper Documentation in the plant & maintaining a history of Near miss accidents, Accidents, operational mistakes and lessons learnt.
Working with SAP R/3 PM Module & monitoring of reports generated and action plan/ execution on actionable items.
Preparing Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Production & Variance reports.
Planning & Coordinating with other Agencies :
Planning (Short Term & Long Term) for Plant operation, Grade Changes, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance and of annual turnarounds including statutory jobs in coordination with Maintenance.
Coordinating with Polymer Business Group & Marketing Team for Yearly & Monthly Production Planning.
Handling production related Customer complaints related to LLDPE/HDPE/Butene-1.
Trouble Shooting, Debottlenecking, Technical & Feasibility Studies :
Troubleshooting of complex problems, which could not be solved in rotating shifts
Analysis of all plant operation failures & preparation of reports.
Identifying Bottlenecks & work on de bottle necking.
Preparation & Review of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), SOC’s (Standard Operating Conditions), Check Lists, log Sheets, Log Books.
P & ID review & HAZOP study of LLDPE/HDPE/Butene-1.
Preparing & reviewing Risk Assessments for all the Jobs in the plant.
Quality & Safety Management Systems :
Integrated Management Systems (ISO 14000, ISO 9000-2000 & OSHAS 18001) systems monitoring through internal audits.
Improvements & New Initiatives :
Generation & Collection of ideas for improvement & generating Field Change orders.
Conduct different trials of catalysts, additives, Products etc.
