 Preparation of Proposals, response to RFPs and estimation of effort
 Responsible for Vendor & Partner Management

• Installation and configuration of enterprise network/ security solutions
 Troubleshooting and maintenance of network and server related issues
 Integration of network solutions with customer enterprise
 Conducting Online Demonstrations and Webinars of network/system security solutions for customers
 Monitoring and diagnosis of problems remotely and on-site
 Solution Proposal preparation based on customer requirements
 Microsoft SQL server 2005/ 2008 installation, DB mirroring etc.
 Installation, Configuration and Administration of Active Directory Services in Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012
 Handling System Administration tasks like User Account Management, Software Installation, and Backup, Upgrade etc.
 Handling training & refresher sessions
