supervising all counselor and making a call .preparing report, handling offices matters, making data entry
To review, route and follow-up all incoming and outgoing correspondences
To type all correspondences, forms and reports.
To maintain and oversee all files, confidential and routine.

Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and passing and entering information
All data entry work as well as maintaining relationship with our employees
