Established the business PMO within Retail Banking Group and adopted and customized a project management methodology.
Running a Directive PMO and directly manages 5 project managers within department and 9 other projects managers located at business lines and adheres to PMO standard processes.
Leads Projects reporting to senior management and bank CEO in project progress update meetings.
Design, document, and implement Project Management practice standards, Establish and drive adoption of governance protocols for new and existing projects and programs.
Monitor key metrics and project variables such as scope, schedule, and budget across the Portfolio.
Perform detailed review of PM artifacts such as project charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, etc
Ensure quality and consistency of PM process application (risk, issue, schedule, resource management)
Enhance and administer centralized project portfolio management platform and tools.
Managing the product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase, and working with business owners to analyze market, and add value to the proposed product or service.
Produces functional specification in consultation with all stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring the scope of all projects in line with the business deliverable/KPI Metrics.
Oversee products & retail projects execution with governing bodies, SHARIA, Legal, Compliance and services provider such as Information technology.
Member of Retail Banking Strategy Team and participate creating Retail Banking Strategy, cascading of strategy & monitoring the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Managed over 17 government project ranging from business and e-business projects under Ministry of Labor PMO/ HRDF.
Led the payment program for HAFIZ initiative ( The un-employment assistance program ).
Provided the banking experience in executing HAFIZ Payment and its reconciliation, by working with 16 local banks as the payment receiver.
Led the design and Implementation of ANB Internet banking and set the customer journey of all Internet banking services.
Led a team of 4 business professional executing business analysis and testing. 8 Contact center agents supporting internet banking services 47x7. And 4 Technical Engineers developing necessary upgrades and fixes.
Explore and identify the latest trends & components related to Retail Internet services and recommend the ones that would add value to bank customers and the quality of service.
Act as a single point of contact for all Retail banking internet services, and responsible for its performance, results and outcomes.
Partner with assigned business areas to understand and prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into effective systematic solutions.
Consult with business and IT partners to strategize, plan and implement needed projects within designated time and budget constraints.
Coordinate with development team and group manager throughout development lifecycle to ensure requirements are developed and delivered to specification.
Research implementation alternatives and provide design recommendations to both user community and technical team.
Responsible for various types of documentation. Specific documents would include business requirements, functional specifications, test plans and user acceptance plans.
Perform business analysis for development and enhancement of various third party and in-house customized applications used by Electronic Banking Channels which includes ATMs, IVR, Phone Banking, Internet Banking, SMS Banking & Mobile Banking.
Develop an understanding of the functional, usability, and performance requirements for the product features.
Responsible for Implementation of the Bank's Retail Internet & E-Business Projects. Participates in business opportunity studies, requirements & implementations.
Work closely with business users and management to identify Internet Business projects requirements, scope and quantify the business opportunity and create business requirements & business cases.
Facilitate and manage development requests and expectations through all phases of the web projects; assessment, development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and deployment, post-release verification, business validation & Risk Analysis.

Works with offshore testers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Provides direction and strategy for automated testing initiatives.
Maintain / updates / Develop Customers web sites and web pages.
Work with internal staff members to assemble all of the correct content and paperwork for each project..
Maintain website functionality; provides direct issue resolution and / or collaborates with team members for resolution.
Assist with implementation and coordination of an on-line strategy for maintaining accurate and timely information on the web sites.
Reviews documentation and mockups; provides time estimates for task delivery.
Track and report on web usage for assigned sections of the websites.
Maintains high level of software knowledge and skill related to the design and production of dynamic websites.
