Dealing with Tech. problems with UK customers regarding using a Microsoft product, a huge technical background is a must, complete knowledge with the product and internet connectivity, direct contact with customer through the phone.
Handling calls about the company, receiving calls and switch them to the person in charge regarding information about the company's services, filing reports to the manager, dealing with other tourism companies.
