Connect with prospective and existing clients to address a broad range of
Property and Casualty Insurance issues (Primarily Personal with
some Commercial Lines)
‣ Acquire and retain new and existing business relationships
‣ Call on each warm lead (No cold calling is required for this position)
‣ Research complex Property and Casualty insurance and coverage issues, think outside
the box to solve problems, and follow up promptly with actionable solutions
‣ Discuss detailed insurance concerns important to prospective and existing clients
‣ Ensure accuracy, successful implementation, and ongoing administration of Property
and Casualty Insurance plans
‣ Prepare and deliver clear, thoughtful, and concise presentations (via phone, internet &
Face-to-face meetings) to various client and potential client audiences with
diverse backgrounds to secure new and maintain existing client relationships
‣ Educate clients on their most suitable options, answer questions and resolve issues for
clients on their behalf
‣ Keep a detailed record of correspondence through Arabia’s client relationship system
with prospective and existing clients, vendors, and referral partners
‣ Manage a large number of time sensitive client issues at any given time
‣ Multi-task in a fast-paced environment to handle a large volume of calls, emails, faxes,
and paperwork without cutting corners
‣ Resolve client issues in a timely manner proactively and collaboratively with the team to
ensure insurance programs run smoothly
‣ Learn & develop technical knowledge through vendor meetings, research and training
classes on an ongoing basis

I was handling the marketing for the company’s products, follow up with the clients, handle
and manage marketing planning, supervising the data entry collection and preparing daily
reports about the work flow.
